The German Sheprador is intelligent, affectionate and eager to please. They are great with children and will do well with other pets. This breed is very sociable and make wonderful companions.

German Sheprador Health Considerations

The most common health issue to occur in the German Sheprador is hip dysplasia. Other health concerns to watch for are:

  • Elbow Dysplasia
  • Progressive Retinal Atrophy
  • Heart Disease

German Sheprador Coat

Their coat can be more like the Lab, which is short and dense but can also have a hard, straight double coat.
